Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Pairfuse. We sell Digital Goods in the form of "Generation Packs" that grant you access to our AI image generation software.

Our order process is conducted by our authorized Merchant of Record. They handle the order process and refund processing.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Period)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), or the United Kingdom (UK), you have a legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the transaction without giving any reason, PROVIDED that you have not commenced using the service.

Refund Condition: You are eligible for a full monetary refund only if you have not used a single generation from the purchased pack. If the pack remains 100% unused, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

2. Loss of Right of Withdrawal

By performing any action to initiate an image generation using the purchased pack, you give your express consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal from the contract and your right to a monetary refund.

Once you have used at least one generation from your pack, the provision of the digital service is deemed to have begun, and the sale becomes final and non-refundable.

4. Technical Errors and Restored Generations

We strive to provide a reliable service. However, technical errors may occur (e.g., server timeouts, GPU failures).

Automatic Credit Restoration: If our system fails to generate an image due to a technical error on our end, the deducted generation credit will be automatically returned to your Pairfuse account balance. You will be able to retry without additional cost. We do not issue monetary refunds to your bank card for individual failed generations.

If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact our support team first. If you initiate a dispute or chargeback (a payment reversal via your bank) regarding a valid purchase that you have used, we reserve the right to:

Please include your Order ID (starting with # or P-...) and the email address used for the purchase. We will verify your request and usage logs. Approved refunds are processed via our payment provider and typically reach your account within 5-10 business days.
