  • Are taxes included in the price?

    Prices listed on the site exclude local taxes (such as VAT). Since we operate globally, taxes are calculated automatically by our Merchant of Record at checkout based on your country's regulations.

  • How are the savings (crossed-out price) calculated? *

    We show how much you save by purchasing a larger package. The savings are calculated based on the price per photo in your chosen package compared to the price per photo in the basic Mini package.

  • Is it safe to enter my card details?

    Absolutely. We do not see or store your card details. All transactions are processed by our secure payment partner—a certified international Merchant of Record that complies with the highest PCI DSS security standards.

  • What currency will I be charged in?

    Our payment partner automatically detects your country and offers payment in your local currency (e.g., GBP for the UK, USD for the US, etc.). You will see the exact amount and currency before confirming the payment.

  • What is your refund policy?

    We adhere to consumer protection laws. You may request a refund for a purchased package within 14 days, provided you have NOT used the service (i.e., you haven't performed a single generation).   • What is considered an "unused package"?

    A package is considered unused if your account's generation balance has not changed since the purchase. As soon as you run your first generation, you activate the digital product, and the right of withdrawal is waived.
