Privacy Policy

In case of any conflict between translations, the English version of this Privacy Policy controls.

What We Collect

• Account & Contact Data: email, username/handle, subscription tier, support messages.
• Input Photos & Output Images: photos you upload and images generated for you. Retention differs for free vs. paid (see “Free vs. Paid”).
• Usage & Device Data: IP address, device/browser info, timestamps, logs, diagnostics, crash reports, anti-fraud signals, and telemetry.
• Payments: transaction identifiers, status, and limited billing metadata from payment processors (we do not store full card numbers).
• Social/Eligibility Signals: information you provide or we verify to confirm free-tier eligibility (e.g., whether you follow our official channels).
• Cookies & Similar Technologies: essential cookies for authentication, session, and security; optional analytics (if enabled in your region).

Purposes & Legal Bases (GDPR/UK GDPR)

• Provide the Service (Contract): process uploads; generate Output Images; queue management; support.
• Improve & Secure (Legitimate Interests / Contract): diagnostics, performance, anti-abuse/fraud, quality.
• Free-tier Publicity (Consent): publish and showcase free-tier inputs/results as described in the User Agreement.
• Advertising & Analytics: on our properties, we may use cookies/SDKs for measurement and to reach audiences; you can manage preferences via consent tools.
• Legal Obligations: compliance, tax, accounting, and lawful requests.

Special Notes on Images & Sensitive Data

Facial photos are personal data and may be sensitive under some laws. We do not use photos to uniquely identify a person. We process them to generate composite images for entertainment/informational purposes. Do not upload images you are not entitled to use, and ensure consent of depicted individuals (or guardians where applicable).

Free vs. Paid: Storage & Publication

• Paid Plans: We process your Input Photos and Output Images transiently to deliver the Service and do not persist them in production storage once delivery is complete. We may retain short-lived, minimal technical artifacts (e.g., ephemeral caches, logs, security backups) strictly as necessary to operate and secure the Service and to comply with law. We do not publish paid content without your explicit request/consent.
• Free Generation: As a condition of the free tier, we may store your Input Photos and Output Images and may publish them on Pairfuse-owned channels — including posting to our official TikTok, Instagram, and Telegram accounts — per the User Agreement. Where withdrawal of consent is available by law, it operates prospectively: we stop new uses and take reasonable steps to remove content we control, but we cannot guarantee removal of copies already republished by others or preserved by third-party caches/archives.

Sharing & Processors

We share personal data only as needed to operate the Service, comply with law, or with your consent:

• Service Providers/Processors: cloud hosting, storage, CDN, image processing, analytics (where allowed), email delivery, and payments; bound by contracts.
• Public Posts to Our Social Channels (Free Tier): for free users, we may post your Input Photos and Output Images on our official social accounts. Those platforms process your data under their own policies.
• Third-Party Platforms: If you use our Telegram bots, Telegram processes your data under its own terms/policies (we do not control their further use).
• Legal & Safety: to competent authorities where required; to protect users, our Service, or our rights.
• Business Transfers: in connection with a reorganization or transfer permitted under the User Agreement.

International Transfers

We may transfer personal data outside your country (including outside the EEA/UK). Where required, we use safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and UK IDTA/Addendum, plus technical and organizational measures.

Retention

• Paid Users’ Photos/Results: no persistent storage post-delivery; only short-lived technical artifacts and legally required records.
• Free Users’ Photos/Results: retained as necessary to operate the free Service and for promotional/publication purposes consistent with the User Agreement; backups may persist for a limited period.
• Accounts, Billing & Logs: retained while your account is active and as required for legal, tax, security, and anti-fraud purposes.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, portability, and to withdraw consent (prospectively). To exercise rights, contact contact@pairfuse.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Poland, the Data Protection Authority).

CPRA (California): We do not “sell” your personal information. We may “share” personal information (as defined by CPRA) for cross-context behavioral advertising in limited contexts, including: (i) free-tier publicity posts on our official social channels, and (ii) advertising/analytics technologies on our properties. California residents can opt out of “sharing” at any time via Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information and applicable consent tools. Opting out stops cross-context advertising uses going forward. Note: free-tier publicity is a condition of the free Service; if you opt out, you are not eligible for the free tier but may use paid plans that keep your content private. We do not knowingly sell/share personal information of consumers under 16 without the required affirmative authorization.

Notice of Financial Incentive (CPRA)

We offer a free one-time generation (“free tier”) conditioned on allowing us to publish your Input Photos and Output Images on our official channels, as described in the User Agreement. This may be a “financial incentive” under CPRA because you receive something of value (the free Service) in exchange for our permitted use of your personal information.

• Categories: photos (and any likeness/persona therein), account/contact data, and related usage data.
• Opt in: by choosing the free tier and submitting content after being shown the free-tier publicity terms.
• Withdraw: you may withdraw consent at any time; we cease new uses, but prior posts may persist on third-party platforms/caches.
• Value: in good faith estimated as the then-current per-generation price on /prices, reflecting costs and expected marketing benefits. If you do not wish to participate, choose a paid plan.

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the content you upload or share.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. In the EEA/UK, you must be 18 unless local law allows otherwise with verified guardian consent. Do not upload images of minors without appropriate legal consent. For California consumers under 16, we do not sell/share personal information without the required opt-in.

Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced on the Service (and, where appropriate, by email) and take effect no sooner than 14 days after posting, unless required earlier by law or applicable to new users. Continued use after the effective date signifies acceptance.
